TYLI ("the app") is an AI wardrobe stylist. The short version: your photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded, stored, or shared by us. Details below.

1. Information we do not collect

  • Photos. Selfies and clothing photos you take or upload are analyzed on your device and are never transmitted to us — we operate no servers that receive your data.

  • Accounts. We do not require a name, email address, phone number, or any registration.

  • Tracking. We do not track your location, contacts, browsing activity, or use any advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. Information processed on your device

All color analysis, skin-tone detection, outfit matching, and wardrobe labeling happen locally on your phone. Your images remain in the app's private storage on your device and are fully under your control. Nothing is sent to us for processing, now or later.

3. Third-party stores

If you tap a shopping link, you are directed to a third-party store (for example Zara, H&M, or Aritzia). Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not receive any information about your activity or purchases on those sites, and we do not earn commissions through these links.

4. Data retention and deletion

Because your data never leaves your device, deleting the app removes all photos and analysis data stored by TYLI. Uninstalling the app is complete deletion. You can also remove individual wardrobe photos at any time inside the app.

5. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and elsewhere)

Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, port, or delete on our side — all of it lives only on your device and is managed by you. If you have questions about your rights, contact us and we will help.

6. Security

Your photos and wardrobe data are stored only in the app's private, sandboxed storage on your device, protected by your phone's operating system security. No data in transit means nothing to intercept.

7. Children's privacy

TYLI is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated date below. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
